Thank you to VSU Archives & Special Collections at Odum Library for hosting this wonderful presentation, and to Alfred Willis for sharing his outstanding research on Valdosta architect Blake Ellis.
It was especially meaningful to have several homeowners and members of the Ellis family in attendance. Together, we learned more about the remarkable legacy of one of Valdosta’s most influential architects and the lasting impact his work has had on our community.
